Most people love chocolate, yet many have very little knowledge where cocoa comes from, how it is grown and/or how it is processed into the wonderful treats they enjoy.
Our tasting events are guided by the founders of Wild Sweets® – Dominique & Cindy Duby - who know chocolate inside out! A rare and unique opportunity to Explore their novel world of chocolate and Experience their hyper-creative sweets, which made them one of the ‘24 Best Chocolatiers in the World’. Typical tutored tasting sessions are held in the evening and range in length between 60 to 120 minutes. The format is fun, informal, and ‘Edutaining’ with a focus to delight your taste buds with all things chocolate from cocoabeans to origin bars, haute chocolates in classic & modern flavours, truffles, salted caramels, chocolate ice cream, chocolate desserts, chocolate cocktails, etc. and up to full all-chocolate ‘Gastronomical’ dinners.
Where: All sessions will be held in our new expanded space “Chocolate-Making Lab, cocoArt Gallery & Choco-Tasting Bar” in Richmond, BC.
When: Sessions will start in the Fall of 2016.
