Synopsis: Each layer of this cake provides a different texture: a delicately soft jelly coating, unctuous cream, rich almond chocolate sponge cake and crispy/crunchy base. And specifically;

  • Layers of crispy crêpes hazelnut praliné, chocolate Crème Brûlée cream, red fruit Crème Brûlée cream, chocolate almond paste Sacher sponge cake and chocolate gelée, elegantly finished with hand-painted chocolate ‘Bells & Stars’ decor. 

Suggested Pairing: Hot Chocolate, chocolate tea, coffee or a sweet fortified wine such as Portuguese LBV Port, California Black Muscat and/or Australia Liqueur Tokay.

Servings: 1100g / 8-10 portions [Standard serving = 110g / person]

Serving/Storage: This dessert must be stored in the fridge at all times and consumed within 48 hours of purchase. Remove from the fridge about 1 hour before serving to allow it to reach the perfect serving temperature.
