The Chocolate Cake’Wich architecture starts with a crunchy hazelnut chocolate praline cream with crispy crêpe flakes. Next, a layer of rich and moist almond 'Sacher’ cake is added and finally topped with a soft blended bean to bar chocolate ganache cream. Each layer of this dessert provides a distinctly different texture element resulting into our own novel take on a sweet cake ‘sandwich’ concept!

Servings: single serving portion

Serving/Storage: The Cake’Which is sold 'Frozen' but we offer the option of 'Ready-To-Eat' with minimum 24-hours notice. If you would like us to condition this product, select ‘Yes or No’ option in the 'Ready To Eat or Drink’ form filed at Checkout. When purchased 'Frozen', product can be kept in that state for up to 6-weeks (-18°C / 0°F). For best results, thaw in fridge for a few hours, overnight is best. Once thawed and/or purchased 'Ready To Eat', product must be stored in the fridge at all times and consumed within 48 hours.

Suggested Pairing: Hot Chocolate, cocoa tea, coffee or a sweet fortified wine such as Portuguese LBV Port, California Black Muscat and/or Australia Liqueur Tokay.
