Chocolate Mousse: Dark / Milk / White

Synopsis: Each layer of this dessert provides a different texture, including a cloud-like mousse, unctuous cream, and crunchy pearls. We have 3 chocolate mousse versions available and select option in the pull down menu below. Specifically;

  • Dark Chocolate Mousse: Layers of dark chocolate sabayon mousse, dark chocolate Crème Brûlée cream and puffed cereal chocolate pearls. 

  • Milk Chocolate Mousse: Layers of milk chocolate sabayon mousse, passion fruit Crème Brûlée cream and puffed cereal chocolate pearls. 

  • White Chocolate Mousse: Layers of fresh lemon zest white chocolate sabayon mousse, raspberry fruit Crème Brûlée cream and puffed cereal chocolate pearls.

Suggested Pairing: Hot Chocolate, coffee or a sweet fortified wine such as Portuguese LBV Port, California Black Muscat and/or Australia Liqueur Tokay.

Servings: 130g single serving portion

Serving/Storage: This dessert is sold either 'Frozen' or 'Ready-To-Eat' (with minimum 24-hours notice) - select format in the 'Service Option' pull down menu at the top of this page. When purchased 'Frozen', product can be kept in that state for up to 6-weeks (-18°C / 0°F). For best results, thaw in fridge for a few hours, overnight is best. Once thawed and/or purchased 'Ready To Eat', product must be stored in the fridge at all times and consumed within 48 hours. Remove from the fridge at least 30-minutes before serving to allow it to reach the perfect serving temperature.
