'Dessert in a Jar': Lemon Chantilly Tart / Chocolate Brownie Mousse

We offer 2 versions of ‘Dessert in Jar’ and select flavour option in the pull down menu below. Specifically;

  • Lemon Custard: Layers of sweet butter sablé cookie crust, stirred lemon custard cream finished with a white chocolate Chantilly mousse. 

  • Brownie Mousse: Layers of moist brownie cake topped with a blended bean to bar dark chocolate sabayon mousse. 

Suggested Pairing: Hot Chocolate, Cocoa Tea, coffee or a sweet fortified wine such as Portuguese LBV Port, California Black Muscat and/or Australia Liqueur Tokay.

Servings: single serving portion

Serving/Storage: These desserts are sold 'Frozen' but we offer the option of 'Ready-To-Eat' with minimum 24-hours notice. If you would like us to condition this product, select ‘Yes or No’ option in the 'Ready To Eat or Drink’ form field at Checkout. When purchased 'Frozen', product can be kept in that state for up to 6-weeks (-18°C / 0°F). For best results, thaw in fridge for a few hours, overnight is best. Once thawed and/or purchased 'Ready To Eat', product must be stored in the fridge at all times and consumed within 48 hours. For the ‘Brownie Mousse’ only, remove from the fridge about 30-minutes before serving to allow dessert to reach its perfect serving condition (temperature, texture and aroma).
