'Dessert in a Jar': Tart & Mousse

Synopsis: Each layer of this dessert provides a different texture, including a cloud-like mousse, unctuous cream, and crunchy base or cake. Select dessert option in the pull down menu below including;

  • Lemon Custard Tart: Layers of sweet butter sablé cookie crust, lemon custard cream, and white chocolate Chantilly mousse. 

  • Brownie Mousse: Double dark chocolate brownie & dark origin bean to bar chocolate sabayon mousse.

Suggested Pairing: Hot Chocolate, cocoa tea, coffee or a sweet fortified wine such as Portuguese LBV Port, California Black Muscat and/or Australia Liqueur Tokay.

Servings: single serving portion

Serving/Storage: These desserts are sold either 'Frozen' or 'Ready-To-Eat' (with minimum 24-hours notice) - select format in the 'Service Option' pull down menu at the top of this page. When purchased 'Frozen', product can be kept in that state for up to 6-weeks (-18°C / 0°F). For best results, thaw in fridge for a few hours, overnight is best. Once thawed and/or purchased 'Ready To Eat', product must be stored in the fridge at all times and consumed within 48 hours. For the Brownie Mousse, remove from the fridge at least 30-minutes before serving to allow it to reach the perfect serving temperature.
