This is our Wild Sweets® Chocolate Constructivism take on 2 classic French confections – ‘pâte de fruits’ and chocolate nut ‘praliné’ – blended into one chocolate that we call ‘GeléeNut’. This collection features 2 types of fillings including a pâte de fruits – a pure fruit puree cooked with sugar and pectin to help it set resulting in a tenderly chewy, purely-flavored representation of the original fruit. While the other is a praliné - a rich and smooth nut butter & milk chocolate cream laced with crispy French 'crêpes' cookies for an amazing texture contrast. All of the chocolates are enrobed in our cocoa bean to bar dark chocolate and finished with a almond paste ‘flower’ hand-painted with cocoa butter colours. The ‘GeléeNut’ Collection features the following assortment of flavours;

  • Crispy toasted coconut Praliné & Mango passion fruit Gelée

  • Crispy roasted hazelnut Praliné & Orange, zest & apricot Gelée
