This is our distinct version of a Hot Chocolate sold as a ‘Tasting Kit’, which includes the items listed below. Each element is specifically designed for the best pairing & tasting experience with the hot chocolate by providing a different texture and/or temperature contrast. And specifically the kit includes;

  • 1 x Bag of Hot Chocolate mix made from our own single origin 70% cocoa bean-to-bar dark chocolate of different origins. The bag makes 8 servings @ 4 oz each and drinks can be made with your choice of either water for the purist (or vegan) or milk for the traditionalist or cream for a French / Spanish type version.

  • 1 x Container of Nama Truffles (8 servings)

  • 1 x Almond Cream Chocolate Croissant ‘Pavé’. This items is sold frozen unbaked and is pre-cut into 8-portions [650g net weight before baking / product can be kept frozen for up to 8-weeks (-18°C / 0°F)]. For best results, pre-heat oven (convection works best) to 350°F. Remove the pavé from the plastic containers and peel off the plastic wrap. Pace the frozen pavé individually on a non-stick baking tray or lined with silicon paper or mat leaving at least 2” around each pavé. Bake for approximately 30-minutes or until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Optionally, dust each pavé with some icing sugar, remove from tray and serve warm.
