The Wild Sweets® 'Praliné Noisette' cocoArt collection features sweetened hazelnut butter or praliné in various forms and with distinct textures. The collection includes 2 types of chocolates: crispy or creamy praliné.

For the crispy praliné, the chocolate are filled with a rich and smooth hazelnut butter & milk chocolate cream laced with crispy French 'crêpes' cookies for an amazing texture contrast.

For the creamy praliné, the chocolates are filled with a 2-part emulsion: part one is a unctuous chocolate hazelnut praliné cream while the second layer features a soft caramel ganache made with different fruit juices and/or infusions. All chocolates are hand-painted with cocoa butter colours decor and moulded with our Vintage Single Origin cocoa bean-to-bar dark chocolate. This Collection is packaged in our Wild Sweets® FoodArt graphic art custom gift box.
