This “Meet The Makers” session by Wild Sweets® By Dominique & Cindy Duby provides attendees with a behind-the-scene look into the artisan small-batch cocoa bean-to-bar chocolate-making at Wild Sweets® - ranked one of the ‘25 Best Chocolatiers in the World’, ‘Top 10 Pastry Chefs in the World’, and awarded ‘Best Chocolatiers & Confectioners in America’. The session features a synopsis, as a visual presentation, of the journey of the cocoa bean from its tropical farm to our chocolate-making lab as well as the steps of the artisan cocoa bean-to-bar process. The sessions are personally presented by the owners of Wild Sweets - world acclaimed chefs/authors Dominique & Cindy Duby - who will offer an overview of their distinct approach to the art and science of artisan craft chocolate-making. The sessions last approximately 20 minutes and includes some sampling (product may change based on availability).

Terms & Conditions: Attendees must be 10-years or older to be part of this session. The sessions are not wheel chair accessible. The sessions are free of charge, but require advance registration that can only be made online and no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday May 29, 2019. The sessions are held in our Chocolate-Making Cocoa Bean Lab in Richmond, BC with ample free visitor parking at the location.
