Synopsis: Each layer of this cake provides a different texture including a soft Chantilly cream, unctuous parfait, crunchy peanut biscuit and smooth pure fruit sorbet. Specifically;

  • Strawberry Mint Matcha Peanut Chocolate Frozen 'Gateau': honey roasted peanut ‘Dacquoise’ meringue-style cake, pure fruit strawberry sorbet with a touch of fresh lemon juice, fresh mint infusion - green tea - bean to bar chocolate pebbles French-style ‘parfait’ (similar to a non-gelled mousse) and elegantly finished with piping of whipped cream, fresh strawberries and hand-painted chocolate decor. 

Servings: 6-9 servings depending on portion size.

Serving/Storage: This dessert must be stored in the freezer (-18°C / 0°F) at all times and consumed the same day of purchase. Remove from the freezer about 15-minutes before serving to allow cake to reach the perfect serving condition (temperature, texture and aroma)
