This Fruit & Nut High Texture Fall / Winter Truffle Collection is inspired by seasonal local and tropical fruits. Most truffles are filled with 3 different textures including a fruit gelée, a soft nut butter and/or a fruit ganache. The truffles are then rolled in another layer of texture crunch made of roasted nuts, crushed cookies, freeze-dried fruit powders and/or other elements.

The pre-assorted collection contains a minimum of 6 different truffle flavours that we hand select from our daily conditioned current selection and packaged in our custom gift box. Picture selection includes the following flavours from top left down then top right down.

KAKI EARL GREY: dark chocolate truffle shell filled with a fresh persimmon fruit gelée, hazelnut praliné, dark chocolate Earl Grey infused Benedictine ganache rolled in dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, lyo plum and spiced cookie crunch

SALTED CARAMEL: dark chocolate truffle shell filled with a liquid caramel and vanilla dark chocolate ganache rolled in dark chocolate and crushed caramel sugar spiced cookies

SESAME ANKO: white chocolate truffle shell filled with a mandarin gelée, strawberry anko (red bean paste) coulant, peanut butter praliné rolled in white chocolate, spiced cookie and toasted sesame seeds crunch

PEAR PORT: dark chocolate truffle shell filled with a fresh local pear fruit gelée, hazelnut praliné, dark chocolate mango Port wine ganache rolled in dark chocolate, toasted coconut, lyo mangosteen and spiced cookie crunch

MATCHA PISTACHIO: white chocolate truffle shell filled with a mango passion fruit gelée, peanut praliné, white chocolate matcha Cointreau ganache rolled in white chocolate, roasted pistachio and matcha tea powder

APPLE COFFEE: white chocolate truffle shell filled with a fresh green apple fruit gelée, peanut praliné, white chocolate Tia Maria ganache rolled in white chocolate, roasted cashew, lyo cranberries and spiced cookie crunch

NB: Please note that each chocolate design decor is crafted by hand and therefore may not be exactly as shown in picture.

Serving Size: Sold in gift boxes of 12-chocolates (@ 14g each).

Serving/Storage: Chocolates must be stored at 16°C/60°F or less, away from heat and/or sunlight. Best consumed within 30-days from date of manufacture.

If you would like us to include a handwritten printed Wild Sweets Gift Card message with your gift when we deliver it, you must purchase the card first and write your message at Check Out in the Order Note box. Make sure that the message is 60-characters or less as we will have to cut your copy after the 60-characters.
