1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or download our products Food Creative By Dominique & Cindy Duby.

2. Products & Delivery

• We offer downloadable recipe PDFs delivered via a secure email link after purchase.

• Download links are available for 7 days from the date of purchase.

• For security reasons, each individual link remains active for 24 hours at a time, but customers can refresh the link from their order email during the 7-day window.

• Customers are responsible for downloading and saving the file to their device within this period to ensure permanent access.

• After 7 days, files may no longer be accessible without repurchase.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant and non-reversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once the file is downloaded, no refunds or exchanges will be issued

4. License & Intellectual Property

• All content in our PDFs is protected by copyright and owned by Nutritional Gastronomy Lab and/or the creators.

• Customers are granted a non-exclusive, personal-use license only.

• You may not copy, distribute, publish, resell, or exploit the content for any commercial purpose without express written permission

5. Usage Restrictions & Personal Use Only

Recipes are intended solely for your personal enjoyment and non-commercial use. Any sharing, redistribution, or commercial usage is strictly prohibited and may result in legal liability.

6. Compatibility & Technical Limitations

We provide recipe files in PDF format. We do not guarantee compatibility with all software or devices. It is your responsibility to have the necessary tools to open and view the file

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Our recipes are for informational and culinary enjoyment purposes only and do not substitute professional advice.

• All content is provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Nutritional Gastronomy Lab is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price

8. Updates & Future Access

Unless otherwise stated, updates to recipes are not included. You will not automatically receive new or revised content after purchase.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date above indicates when this version became effective. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updated terms
